Name of the Post: Associate Professor-E
Name of the Discipline:
1. Theory Division: 01 post
2. Experimental Condensed Matter Physics Division: 02 posts
3. Plasma Physics Division: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates upper age must be below 40 years as on 17-05-2013. Age Relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Ph.D with at least two years post-doctoral experience with some recognition amongst scientists in his/her area of specialization by the merit publications.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in prescribed format as shown in the notification. Application should be made by sending 03 copies of the Curriculum Vitae with a list of publications, cumulative important reprints and other necessary documents must be sent by super scribing as “Application for the post of Associate Professor-E for ______ Division” to the Establishment Officer, SNIP, 1/ AF, Bidhannagar, Kolkata on or before 17-05-2013.

Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics – Scientist, Engineer, Technician Posts 2013: Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics has issued notification for the recruitment of 04 Scientist, Engineer, Technician Posts under special recruitment drive in various divisions. Eligible candidates may send their applications on or before 10-06-2013. For more details regarding age, qualification and other details are given below.

SINP Vacancy Details:
Total No of Posts: 04
Name of the posts:
1. Engineer ‘D’: 01 Post
2. Scientific Assistant ‘B’: 01 Post
3. Scientific Assistant ‘B’:  01 Post
4. Technician ‘B’: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 and 27 years for Technician ‘‘B’ and 32 years Scientific Assistant-’B’ and 42 years for Engineer-’D’ Post  as on 10-06-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: candidates must possess HSC/ B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/BCA in relevant field with desired experience as per the post. For post wise details refer to the notification.

Application fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.100/- in the form of Demand draft in favour of Registrar, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics payable at kolkata. Fee exemption for SC/ST/PWD and female candidates.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test/trade test/ Interview.
