Age Limit: Maximum age limit of the candidates is 30 years. Relaxation is valid as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Full time regular MBA or full time regular PG Diploma in HR/ IR & Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks from a recognized Govt. University/ Institute with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Test and/or Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.300/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs.50/- for SC, ST, PwD & Ex-Servicemen candidates in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of IRCON International Limited payable atNew Delhi.

How to Apply: Interested candidates need to send applications in the prescribed format along with photocopies of all relevant certificates, caste certificate if any, Demand Draft (mention the name & post applied for on backside of DD) by superscripting the name of the post applied for on the envelope to Deputy General Manager/ HRM, IRCON International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi – 110017 on or before 27-04-2013. Candidates need to produce original documents of all the information given in the application at the time of interview for verification.
