Chef is an individual whose profession is cooking. He is hired to cook in a professional manner in private homes or business organizations. Traditionally it refers to exceedingly trained individuals who are expert in all phases of meal preparations. Chefs usually take responsibility of deciding menus, supervising cooks, taking care of the supplies and store room apart from providing a capable leadership.
