Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Urban Planner/ Management Expert having strong background in project management for Team Leader/ Town Planner, Graduate Degree in Finance from recognized university for Municipal Finance Specialist, Graduate degree in engineering from recognized university for Urban Infrastructure Specialist, Master or doctoral Degree in Social Sciences, with practical experiences of working in the development areas for Social Development Specialist, University Degree in Environmental engineering for Environment Specialist, expert will have a management background for IT cum monitoring & Evaluation Specialist. (07-10 years experience in relevant field for all posts)

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs.100/- for APST and Rs.200/- for Non-APST or in favour of Director, Town Planning & ULB’s, Mowb-II, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. Professionals applying from outside State may submit postal order of Rs 200.00 (Rupees two hundred ) only in favour of Director, Town Planning & ULB’s, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Mowb-II, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on interview.
