Pay Scale: Rs. 14000/-pm. In addition, the workmen are eligible for compensation for actual extra hours of work undertaken, however limited to maximum Rs. 4200/- pm.
Educational Requirements: Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) in the respective trade and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
Experience Requirements: Minimum of three years post qualification (NAC) experience including training in a Shipyard or Engineering Company or two years work experience in a Shipyard or Engineering Company.
