Educational Requirements: M.Sc./M.Phil in Physics/Electronics/Nanoscience or M.Tech./M.E. in Material Science/Nanotechnology/Microelectronics/Electronics/Engg. Physics/Computational Physics with Ist division or equivalent CGPA. Desirable qualification: Working experience of theoretical modeling and simulation tools/softwares. Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates.
