Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 45 years for Post No.1, 35 years for Post No.2, 3 & 6, should not exceed 50 years for Post No.4 and 40 years for Post No.5. Age limit will be determined as on the last date of submission of applications. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess Masters Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized university/ institute for Post No.1, 2, Masters Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional Degree with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or at least 60% marks or equivalent with good academic record and superior knowledge of computerized library service for Post No.3, first class Degree or equivalent grade in Engineering in relevant field from a recognized university/ institute for Post No.4, first class Degree or equivalent grade (Electrical / Civil/ Communication) from a recognized university for Post No.5 and MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification including in any one of the schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and must be registered in al State Medical Register or Indian Medical Registrar for Post No.6.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview.
Application Fee: General/ OBC candidates has to pay the fee of Rs.300/- and Rs.150/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates in the form of demand draft from any nationalized bank in favour of Director, NIT Raipur payable at Raipur.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format available in the website along with attested copies of all certificates/ testimonials and application fee (demand draft), to ” The Registrar, NIT Raipur, G.E. Road, Raipur-492010 (C.G) on or before 10-05-2013 by registered post only.
