How To Apply: The candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria should forward their applications in the prescribed form (Annexure-A) duly filled in all respects to the Manager, Government of India Press, Kinfra Park PO, Koratty-680309, Thrissur District, Kerala by Registered/Speed Post which must reach in this office on or before 30-11-2013.
General Condition: 1. There will be reservation upto 5% for meritorious sports persons, in relaxation of the recruitment procedure, provided the overall reservation of all types do not exceed 50% of the total number of vacancies.
2. There will be a sub-quota of 4.5% reservations for minorities, as defined under Section (2)© of the National Commission for Minorities Act,1992 from within the 27% reservation of OBCs as notified by Department of Personnel & Training vide OM No. 41018/2/2011/-Estt.(Res) dt 22.12.2011.
3. Relaxation in age limit to be provided for the Scheduled castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time to time.
4. The Manager, Govt. of India Press, Koratty reserve the right to fill up all the posts or alter the number of post or restrict the number of candidates to be called for Test/Interview or reject any application.
5. The qualification(s) regarding experience is or are relaxable at the discretion of the Competent Authority in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes if at any stage of the selection the Competent Authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
6. The date and time of Test/Interview will be intimated later to the eligible candidates separately, for which one self attested photo of the applicant be affixed in the Application form and 3 copies be kept with the application. Two Self-addressed stamped envelope may be accompanied with the application.
