Pay Scale: Rs.15, 600/- – Rs.42, 000/- (P.B. – 4A) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5, 400/-
Educational Requirements: (i) Second class Master’s degree or Honours degree in Bengali, (ii) Degree in teaching or education or equivalent (a candidate not possessing this qualification may apply but if selected shall have to acquire such qualification within three years of joining the post and will draw on an ad-hoc basis the initial of the time scale of pay till obtaining the same), (iii) teaching experience in English medium secondary schools, preferably residential ones, relaxable for otherwise well-qualified candidates & (iv) ability to teach in English medium.
Qualifications: (i) Ability to organize extracurricular activities such as performance of dramas, organization of literary meetings, educational excursions, etc., (ii) knowledge of Nepali – spoken and written.

Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700026 so as to reach him on or before the closing date. Application may also be submitted personally between 11-00 a.m. and 3-30 p.m. on all working days to the above address of the Commission’s office on or before the closing date.
