They should possess MBA in HR for the post of senior HR executive. The position requires the selected person to handle HR systems and administration work. They should undertake various activities involved in a HR department including recruitment, appraisal, and engagement of trainees, arrange trainings, arrange HR meetings and do induction programmes for new joiners. The senior HR executive is required to do manpower planning for various departments. He is responsible to reduce the manpower turn over, consistency and liberal tax liabilities, implement a generous compensation package and wage structure. He will also be responsible for maintaining history of personnel. He should maintain good liaison with Government Labour officials of State and Central and other relevant offices. He is responsible for redesigning of Performance appraisal system. He will play a major role in developing Harmonious Industrial Relation. The pay scale for HR executive ranges from 10,000 to 15,000. The pay scale for senior HR executive ranges from 25,000 to 35,000. The increment and promotions for the positions are subject to raise every 2 years depending on the performance of the candidate. The selected persons will be given good incentives and places of accommodation. The candidate must be willing to relocate to desired Government office or branch in any State.
