Educational Requirements: Must possess any degree from a Govt. recognised university / institute. Diploma in Rail Transport Management from IRT, New Delhi is essential. Additional qualification in training and development and certification in training the trainers course is desirable.
Experience Requirements: He / She should have minimum 07 years of service in any Railway Organisation out of which at least 2 years should have been spent in Training Institute as a Trainer.
