Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should be 35 years for Programme Manager post.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess MBA/ MSW /B.Tech graduates with social commitment for Programme Manager post.
Application Fee: Candidates need to py the fee of Rs. 400/- in the form of DD drawn  in favour of Additional Skill Acquisition Programme payable at Thiruvananthapuram should be sent to the Joint Secretary, ASAP, Model Finishing School Campus, PMG Junction, Trivandrum -695033, before 05-05-2013 . Name and Address should be written on the back side of the DD for identification. Government Employees need not pay the Application Fee.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on NAC test, Interview and Aptitude & Attitude Assessment for Trainers post and online test, Presentation, Interview and Aptitude & Attitude Assessment for Programme Manager post.
