Educational Requirements: Graduate in any discipline from any institution / university recognized by the UGC with at least 50 % marks, having proficiency in English language. Candidates must knowthe operations of MS Office and must have minimum speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand with Computer key depression speed of at least 8000 per hour. Knowledge of typing in Bengali font will be considered as an added qualification. Candidates having graduated through distance education mode / Open University shall not be considered.
