Experience Requirements: The candidate should have experience in following areas: -  Defining and developing standard contracts/ templates governing all areas of operations.  Drafting/ vetting/negotiating contracts. Drafting legal documents/ notices/ letters/ agreements/ internal guidelines & policies, etc. and Database maintenance of panel advocates.  Laws relating to contract, sale of goods, negotiable instruments, carriage of goods.
