Age Limit: Candidates’ age limit is 18-27 years as on the last date of submission of application. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination, must have undergone a course of Instructions in First-aid from a recognized institution/ St. John’s Ambulance, must have knowledge of First-aid and Operation Theater and Sterilization procedure.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Test, Skill Test.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.50/- in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order payable at PO Chandigarh or Demand Draft payable at Chandigarh drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of the General Manager, Ordnance Cable Factory Chandigarh. SC/ ST/ PHP/ Ex-Serviceman and nominated by Employment Exchange, UT Chandigarh will be exempted from the fee.
How to Apply: Interested candidates need to send applications in the prescribed format along with Demand Draft/ Crossed IPO, copies of all relevant certificates duly attested by a Gazette Officer, one copy of recent passport size photograph affixed (duly self attested in the front side) and 02 copies of the same photographs (duly self attested in the front side) enclosed in the envelope super scribed with “Application for the post of Medical Assistant” must reach General Manager, Ordnance Cable Factory, Industrial Area Phase-I, Chandigarh-160002 within 21 days from the date of advertisement in the Employment News paper.
