Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 45-55 years for Sr. No. 1 post, 35-50 years for Sr. No. 2 posts, 21-38 years for Sr. No. 3, 4, 5 & 6 posts as on 01-01-2013. Relaxations will be extended as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech in appropriate Branch of Engineering/Technology with 1st Class Degree of B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech level with Ph.D. Degree in Engineering for Sr. No. 1, 2 posts, Post Graduate Degree in History for Sr. No. 3 posts, A degree in Ayurveda for Sr. No. 4 posts, B.Sc. (Agriculture) or a degree declared equivalent to B.Sc (Agriculture) for Sr. No. 5 posts & A degree in Agricultural Engineering or a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering for Sr. no. 6 posts.
Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay Rs. 5/- (Rs. 2.50/- for SC/ST candidates) as application fee showing name of post and Department and also full Head of Account ‘Non Tax Revenue-Other Non Tax Revenue-0051-PSC, 102-State Public Service Commission Application/ Examination Fee Receipt of A.P.S.C.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of test/ interview.
How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in prescribed format along with copies of educational certificates and mark sheets, age, caste, challan must be sent to Deputy Secretary Assam Public Service Commission, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 on or before 04-05-2013.
Last Date for Receipt of Filled in Applications: 04-05-2013.
