Selection Procedure:

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility and if their application is received by recruiting authority will be short listed on the basis of their merit. Short listed candidates will be called for written test and after qualifying in this test, candidates will be considered for the appointment. Date of the written test will be announced later

Candidates are required to pay application fees of Rs.250 for UR and OBC and Rs.150 for SC / ST in the shape of demand draft in favour of “Gramin Swasthya Kalyan Sansthan, Payable at Barabanki or Lucknow.
