1. MACP reserves the right for increasing / decreasing the requirement of post and number of posts.
2. The appointment of Market Field Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer (Individual Consultant) and Accountant could be at the at the District level as per the requirements of MACP.
3. The Posts Accountant shall be filled purely on contractual basis & all other posts appointments filled on as Individual Consultant.
4. In all the cases, the contract will be initially for a period of 1 year only and contract may be extended by one year each time up to closure of the project, provided the performance is found to be satisfactory.
5. In no case the contract shall be extended beyond the period of 6 years/ closure of the project.
6. The candidates selected shall not be absorbed in Government or in Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board under any circumstances after the period of contract is over.
7. Candidate selected for the post of Market Field Engineers/Junior engineer is liable to be posted in the Nagpur, Wardha, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Bhandara, Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Nashik, Satara, Sangali, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Raigad & Thane district of MACP and they will have to work at the place of posting. They will have to undertake extensive touring in the geographical area allotted to them for their work in about one / two districts. The right of posting of the candidate is reserved.

The qualification requirement for a junior engineer is either a B.E or B Tech graduation or an engineering diploma with two year professional experience in the respective branches chosen. The age limit generally falls within 18 to 27 years of age. However there are relaxations on upper age limit for reservation categories. As per such permissible age relaxation the upper age limit for an OBC candidate shall stand 30 years and SC/ST and Ex. Servicemen shall stand 32 years of age. In addition to this there are also grade pays of around Rs. 4200. But the best feature of these jobs is the frequent pay revisions and the ever increasing chances of promotion. You can write promotion tests to climb up or even your seniority would count.
