Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engg./Technology in Civil Engineering only; from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements: At least 10 years experience in planning or execution of civil work OR Experience in planning /execution of major time-bound projects of Workshops/Factories/ Research establishments OR Experience in Estate Management (i.e. encroachments, development, usufructs and litigation and other matters relating thereto: ) Provision of Civic amenities for inhabited estates, arboriculture and environmental health, civic taxes and other matters relating thereto: and expert knowledge of Land acquisition, Laws, Land valuation techniques, rules related to negotiated purchase/hiring of immovable property.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of Scales of accommodation, budget monitoring and quantity surveying.
