Hard workers can get timely promotions as well as regular increase in salary structures.The teacher requires being good-natured, responsible, capable to take tension and like to be with the kids. Even if job is from the early morning to afternoon, it needs more power and skills than some other jobs. The management skills are also tested. The applicants who want to get job in the government schools, need to send application when the advertisement comes for recruitment. The applicant must fulfill all the requirements and must clear all the required tests before the application.
