An executive is a person or group appointed and given the responsibility to manage the affairs of an organization and the authority to make decisions within specified boundaries. Executives are the person or the group who has the managerial or administrative authority in an organization. An executive is also a person or group responsible for the administration of a project, activity or business. He could be the chief officer of a government, state or political division. Executive is the committee that makes decisions: a committee or group in political organization that makes decisions and has the authority to implement them. An executive is responsible for or relating to the making and implementing of general decision in a company, organization or government. The educational qualification required for the post of executive is a degree from a recognized university preferably with a post graduate degree in business management or business administration or personnel management or marketing management.The candidate should be highly intelligent and knowledgeable and should be able to handle any project efficiently and within the specified time limit. The pay package for the post is quite lucrative along with attractive perks.
