Educational Requirements: i) First or high second class Masters Degree in Physics/Electronics or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics engineering ii) 4 years experience of working in the relevant field in a reputed Research Laboratory/Institute/University.
Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in (a) Geomagnetism and related fields or (b) Electronics

How To Apply: The candidates may apply on the form downloadable at www.iigm.res.in together with the requisite application fee of Rs. 100/- by crossed demand draft. The prescribed application form can also be obtained from the office of the Registrar by paying an application fee of Rs. 100/- by crossed demand draft in favour of Indian Institute of Geomagnetism, New Panvel either in person between 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. on working days (Monday to Friday) OR it can be obtained by post by sending an application alongwith the application fees and a self-addressed stamped envelope of Rs.10/- superscribing “Request for Application Form”. For SC / ST candidates, application form will be issued free of cost on production of valid caste certificate.
