During training period, a stipend of either Rs 8000 or Rs 9000 is paid. Pay during training may or may not include HRA. That is, it is dependent on organization hiring a graduate. Since it is stipend there may not be any other allowances. Training duration may last a year or two depending on organization. This information of training duration is provided when post vacancies are published in newspapers. Once training is completed successfully, they are eligible for all other allowances like TA/DA/HRA, etc. Basic pay plus all other allowances amount to a good salary.
