(2) Experience in stenography work: 8 years in the pay scale of PB-1: ` 5,200-20,200 + ` 2,800/- G.P. or 5 years in the pay scale of PB-2: ` 9,300-34,800 + ` 4,200/- G.P. or equivalent.
