Educational Requirements: A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and relevant experience of managing civil works and Consultancy Contract.

Experience Requirements: Minimum experience of 20 years of management of Civil Construction work on a senior level in Government/Semi Government of which minimum five years experience should be of working on a, World Bank /other international development/Donor funded project involving management of civil works and consultancy contract.
