Pay Scale: Rs. 9400-25700/- (IDA). Basic Pay of Rs. 9400/- plus Dearness Allowance @ 78.9% of Basic Pay and Perks @ 40% of Basic Pay. HRA or accommodation depending upon place of posting.
Educational Requirements: BBA/BCA/BA (Personnel Management) with minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/Institution with 2 years’ experience in related field OR Graduate with minimum of 55% marks with one year PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management with 5 years’ experience in the related field.
