Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in building, construction/campus development/ maintenance in major projects in institutions of repute. Preference will be given to those who have experience of handling projects in national institutions or companies of repute.
Desired Skills: Proficiency in English and use of computers is essential. Candidates with experience in reputed Business School/Technical Institutes/Working in Central or State Government autonomous bodies or major construction companies having hands on experience of campus maintenance would be preferred.
