Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 35 years as on the closing date for receipt of application form for candidates in India and not the closing date prescribed for those from abroad and some states. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess Master’s Degree in Zoology/Botany either with at least a Diploma or a certificate of completion of course in Museology of a duration of not less than 10 months or two years’ experience of working in a State/ National Museum, preferably in Natural History Section.
Application fee: Candidate must pay a fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) in form of bank draft (Indian postal orders will not be entertained) in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Ministry of Environment & forests Payable at New Delhi. No fee is required to be paid by applicants belonging to SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped/ Female Candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview.
